Spark Pass questions
- Do the 3 events need to be consecutive?
- No. You can pick and choose any eligible Spark events while your pass has credits. Use one credit when you register for the event you want.
- Can I swap an event if I cannot make it?
- Usually, yes. Let us know before the event and we can move that credit to another eligible event if there is room. Swaps are handled manually, so reply to your pass email or contact us.
- How do I use the pass?
- After checkout, you get one code by email. On an eligible event page, choose the pass code option during registration and enter that code.
- Which events are eligible?
- Most paid Spark nights are eligible unless an event page says otherwise. Free events do not need a pass code.
- Does the pass guarantee a seat?
- The pass covers admission, but each event still has capacity and role limits. Register early for the nights you care about.
- Can I use multiple credits for the same event?
- One pass can claim one spot per event. If two people want to attend the same night, the second person needs their own ticket or pass.
