Tier 3 is the Growth Partner tier, available by application only to a limited number of startups each year. This is the full package: a dedicated growth team handling paid acquisition, organic content, creative strategy, funnel design, landing page design, conversion optimization, analytics, reporting, and ongoing growth consulting. A revenue-share partnership is available for selected startups, and there are no long-term commitments.

Every startup begins with an application. Spark personally reviews product quality, founder commitment, market opportunity, existing traction, and growth readiness. Selected founders receive a detailed growth assessment and recommendation report. Spark then introduces approved startups to Growth Lab with a complete briefing package so the team can immediately begin executing on the highest-impact opportunities. For the first edition, the community is teaming up with BioTwin and its founder and CTO Pierrick Hauguel for an evening dedicated to one of the most transformative frontiers in technology: artificial intelligence and medicine.

BioTwin is building human digital twins, AI-powered models designed to simulate and predict human health. The company sits at the intersection of biology, medicine, and artificial intelligence, developing systems that can model how the human body works, improve prediction capabilities, and unlock new possibilities in personalized medicine. The partnership brings Hauguel directly to the Spark community for a deep, structured evening that goes well beyond a standard talk.
