Assia AI is a platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses automate repetitive operational tasks by deploying custom teams of AI agents. Rather than acting as simple conversational chatbots, these agents perform concrete actions within a company's existing software tools, such as updating CRMs, sending emails, and scheduling appointments. The platform is designed to be completely no-code, allowing business owners to build and manage an automated digital workforce without technical expertise. During the presentation, a live demonstration of the platform, BizPilot, showed how a user can set up a custom AI team in minutes. By describing their business and answering a brief AI-guided interview, the platform automatically generates tailored agents, each with a specific job description and playbook. In the demo, a property management scenario with 40 units was configured, resulting in three distinct agents: Lea for prospect follow-ups, Max for payment collections, and Sarah for customer satisfaction surveys. These agents connect directly to tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, and CRMs to execute tasks. The platform supports both manual and autonomous modes. In manual mode, users review and approve every action before it is executed, while autonomous mode allows the AI agents to independently process incoming emails and update systems.
