Events and tickets

• Give us your real name and contact details when you sign up.
• Event details like the time and the place can change. We'll tell you by email or text when they do.
• Payments go through Stripe.
• Talks and the room can be filmed and photographed, and shared on Spark's site and social media.

Text messages

• On our US-city events, you get texts from Spark only if you tick the texting box on the form. It's optional, and you can still sign up without it.
• What we send: event reminders, logistics, and discount codes, which are marketing texts.
• Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them. Reply START to get them again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email us.
• Carriers aren't responsible for texts that are delayed or not delivered.

Using the site

Don't try to break it, get into what isn't yours, or use it to bother other people. The site and events come as they are, and we can't promise the site will always be up.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
